Terms of Service

  • The Current Open Market Exchange Rate will be applicable at the time of the payment.
  • Package Dates are subject to adjustment by 1-2 Days due to flight availability or moon sighting.
  • If Qurbani imposed by Saudi Authorities in Masar System, price will be added.
  • Special Private Luxury Buses (seat by seat) throughout the journey.
  • All 4/5 stars hotels in Makkah/Medina have double room configuration. The 3rd and 4th bed is an extra bed which is comparatively smaller in size.
  • Upgrades like private GMC, Haram View in Hotels etc are available on suplements.

  • Colour Scanned Photographs 3x4cm (Light Blue/White Background)
  • Original Machine-Readable Pakistani Passport and Scanned copy. (EXPIRY 01st DEC 2026)
  • Color Scanned of CNIC or NICOP. (VALID)
  • Color Scanned of CNIC of Next of Kin, also mention relation and cell number.
  • Blood group tested from any laboratory.

Please note that all meals during Mina days are provided at Mina, not at the hotel.

  • On-ground guidance during rituals and site visits

No. Scholars rotate between sub-groups, allowing pilgrims to benefit from multiple scholars during the journey.

Yes. The package includes all required transportation, including:
 
  • Airport pick-up and drop-off
  • Travel between Makkah and Madinah (bus/train)
  • Transfers to Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafah
  • Hotel transfers
  • Families may stay together during hotel days in Makkah and Madinah, subject to room availability.
  • During Hajj days (Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah), accommodation is gender-segregated.
  • Azizia accommodation is quad occupancy by default, with same-gender rooms.
 
A separate charge per person applies for Azizia double rooms, subject to availability.
