Mentoring sessions - Where and How?

The goal?
To help you restore balance, find clarity, and build resilience.

Actively engage with the concerns of the masses to address their issues effectively.

Promote psychological and emotional health through Muslim support groups, offering guidance in light of the Quran and Sunnah.
Educate individuals about modern mental health challenges and work towards reducing stigma.

Depends on the severity of the case or as per the Mentor’s discretion.

How to take an appointment with us?

Fill up an online google form (separate for males and females).
Once the form is filled with the necessary details and requirements, the subject is contacted via email to schedule an appointment with the relevant mentor as per the issue mentioned in the form, usually within 7-10 working days.
The session requires confirmation from the subject for further proceedings.

What do we charge for our services?

A non-refundable fee of PKR 500 is charged for each session as per the discretion of the department manager.
